Amazon product data:

  • We scrape publicly available Amazon listing data (titles, bullets, descriptions, reviews, Q&A) to generate scores. This data is publicly accessible on amazon.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate RufusIQ scores and AI-powered analysis
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (score results, billing receipts)
  • Improve our scoring algorithms and service quality
  • Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI scoring and content generation
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Upstash — rate limiting

5. Data Retention

Score data and analysis results are retained as long as your account is active. Free-tier analyses are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We protect your data with HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3), HSTS preloading, row-level security in our database, and strict Content Security Policy headers. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored in localStorage.
